Our day began early with an assembly at E.P. York School. It was thrilling to have 637 students listening and engaged in singing, a testimony, and a message on the truth of the Bible and the reality of the resurrection.
Next, we visited a home for the elderly where, after our program, we were able to engage many in conversation. There was also an unexpected opportunity to explain the gospel to a number of young people who were working at the facility.
After a brief rest and a great lunch provided by a local believer, we distributed tracts and invitations to Grace Chapel. This assembly is positioned to have a great impact on the inner city and is well known by the people there. There was an extended conversation with a shop keeper in the local market as well.
The evening concluded with attending the midweek prayer meeting at Bethany Chapel in Burrel Boom. We end the day encouraged with the opportunities the Lord provided us with. We ask you to join us in prayer for the gospel that went out and the contacts made.
