Today the team started the day by giving a Gospel presentation at Grace Primary School inside the chapel. The team sang children songs and Nelson provided some actions for the songs. From there the team came home for a time of prayer. Prayer is a key part of any outreach as it is a spiritual battle. Therefore it is important to set aside time for prayer. After a quick lunch the team travelled to Belize Central Prison run by a Christian organization where they were given unprecedented access to the inmates. They were divided into two groups to do a Gospel presentation for the ladies and the men in English and Spanish.
After the visit to the prison the team stopped in to visit with the Walton’s. The teams’ evening plans fell through, giving them time to have a much needed rest.
