On Saturday May 20 the team travelled to Newcastle West, stopping to do some sight-seeing along the way. Upon arrival in Newcastle West they met with Andy and Gillian Shanks and Colin and Natalie Burnett for more orientation and training.

On Sunday May 21 2017 the team had prepared and sang for the assembly in Newcastle West and fellowshipped with the believers there.
The Shanks hosted a BBQ that evening. There were people from 14 different countries together! The team met some of the local people and had the opportunity to talk to believers and non-believers alike. The boys on the team, Chris and Luke, shared a short message for the group, which was encouraging. The group enjoyed worshipping the Lord together and ended the night singing and talking around the fire. The team enjoyed their Sunday fellowshipping and ministering to the Newcastle West Bible Fellowship. The church BBQ at the Shanks was a huge treat.
