A brand new day, began here in Ireland with a time of fellowship and breakfast as the team prepared to return to the Waterford Christian Assembly to study God’s word, and to join together in distribution of Gospel literature, door to door preaching and tract distribution.  Our study this morning was led by our host Brian and was focused on the Attributes of God found and revealed in the passage found in Leviticus 26.

Upon completion of our study and a time of prayer committing the work of the day to the Lord, we were divided into teams of 2 for a total of 4 teams and we dispersed with literature to areas of Waterford to distribute 4YOU and Via Magazines.

We were thankful to the Lord for good weather as we went out in the morning and only had a little rain during our lunch break, while we were back at the assembly.  After lunch and a time of prayer and preparation for the afternoon door to door work we again went out in teams of two to various areas of the city.

The team members continue to step out in faith, seeking to be used by the Lord for his Glory and to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to those who do not yet know him personally.

Again we experienced many opportunities to meet with a variety of individuals from many walks of life.  Please pray that their hearts will be open to the truth of a Saviour who has already paid the debt owed for the sins of all mankind, and that they would place their trust in Jesus Christ as their way of salvation.  Each team was able to return from the afternoon of door to door work with stories of great opportunities to share the Good News with needs for prayer for those they were in contact with.

After dinner the team again went into Waterford to join with believers in the community for an evening of prayer with respect to the referendum taking place here in Ireland on Friday May 25 2018.  It was a joy to meet and join in prayer with other believers from the churches who meet in a variety of places in and near Waterford.

Please continue to pray for:

  • The team, that we will walk in the leading of the Lord in dependance on him.
  • Continued opportunities to share the Gospel.
  • Open hearts that would hear and come to saving faith in Jesus.
  • Those who will step out in faith in the open air campaigns over the next couple of days.
  • Thank God with us for his Son and all he has done for us.

Morgan for the team
