Arrival! The team has now fully arrived. Team members have been arriving over the last few days. With two members arriving late Friday night, near midnight. They were able to spend the night at a local assembly and ministry facility prior to being shuttled back to Dublin airport to meet up with the final members of the team arriving Saturday morning. Once all team members arrived we were able to commit our time here in Ireland to the Lord together as a team. The trip from Dublin Airport to Waterford area was uneventful, and we all arrived safely at the home of Brian and Rachael, who have so generously opened there home to the team. We were warmly greeted and were able to enjoy a wonderful meal together. After lunch we unpacked the vehicles and settled into our rooms as we also got to know the other members on the teams as well as our host family. Upon settling in we took a quick trip to the Waterford Christian Assembly to pick up some materials for orientation and evangelism training. During orientation/training, Tim reviewed the three rope trick and the process of using this tool to share the gospel as well as covering dos and don’ts of door to door work, and some of what to expect when sharing the Gospel here. We look forward to meeting with the believers at Waterford Christian Assembly tomorrow. We are all grateful to the Lord for safe travels and for the great joy we have in Christ for the debt paid on our behalf and for allowing us the privilege of serving him by sharing Jesus with others. May the Lord continue to prepare our hearts to rely on him as we look to share the Gospel with many in Ireland.
